Return & Refund Policy — Tenn Trailers LLC

No return / final sale
All trailer sales are final. Due to the nature of titled vehicles, Tenn Trailers LLC does not offer returns or refunds once a trailer has been purchased and paperwork has been completed.
Deposit policy
Deposits placed on trailers (including custom orders or units held) are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. Deposits secure inventory and remove units from availability. Deposits may be transferred to another unit at management’s discretion.
Custom orders
Custom-ordered trailers are built to customer specifications and are non-cancelable and non-refundable once the order has been submitted to the manufacturer.
Damages / inspection
Customers are responsible for inspecting all trailers at the time of pickup. Any visible damage or concerns must be reported before leaving the lot. Once the trailer leaves Tenn Trailers LLC, it is considered accepted in its current condition.
Warranty clarification
Tenn Trailers LLC does not provide direct warranties unless otherwise stated. Manufacturer warranties may apply and vary by brand. Customers should refer to the manufacturer for warranty claims and coverage.
Accessories & parts
Unused parts and accessories may be returned within 7 days with receipt. A restocking fee may apply. Custom parts and accessory orders are non-returnable.
Financing & fees
Financing contracts, document fees, and administrative fees are non-refundable once processed.
Chargeback protection
By completing a purchase or placing a deposit, the customer agrees to these terms and waives the right to initiate a chargeback except in cases of fraud.
